Shipping policy

  1. General Information
    All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund using your original method of payment
  2. Order Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.
  3. Shipping Rates, Timelines & Zones

    We offer a flat shipping rate of R65 on all orders. FREE SHIPPING is provided for all orders over R600.

    Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

Main Centres (JHB, CPT, PTA, DUR) 2 to 4 business days
Regional Areas 3 to 6 business days
Remote Areas 5 to 8 business days

The total delivery time is the sum of our processing time (1-3 business days) and the transit time for your specific zone.

4. Our Courier Partners

We partner with reputable private courier companies, including The Courier Guy and Aramex, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window for your zone, please contact us at bookings@adewaleadejumo.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We do not offer international shipping.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at wale@adewaleadejumo.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
